Mixed bag, but mostly good

However, the shears were backordered and took an extra week to ship out, which was a little frustrating as I needed them for a client. When they did arrive, the quality of the shears was excellent, very sharp and comfortable to use. I reached out to customer service about the delay, and they were polite and gave me an update, but couldn't speed up the shipping. Overall, the product quality is high, but they could improve on stock communication for backordered items. I'd still order again for most of my supplies.
